• Nosal

A steep climb leads to it, but it is short and offers fantastic views of the Tatra Mountains and Zakopane very quickly. I recommend it especially during sunsets.

It is absolutely best to enter from the north (Tama Pod Nosalem) and go down the gentler descent to the south (to Kuźnice), where you can grab something to eat and drink. A must in Leśniczówka Resto Bar (ul. Kuźnice 15), just above the lower station of the cable car to Kasprowy Wierch :)

A wildly satisfying and a not too long trip. About 2.8 km from us to the starting point.

  •  Bachledzki Wierch

It only takes about 15 minutes to get to the top of this beautiful (and building-free) hill from our house, providing a wonderful panorama of the Tatra Mountains and giving you the opportunity to quickly escape from the city. In the middle of the hill you will find benches around a characteristic tree and a small chapel.

Bachledzki is a wonderful place to walk (also with a dog) or admire the sunset (with wine in hand) ;)

With a cloudless sky - due to the negligible light pollution - there are ideal conditions for observing the stars at night.
